A Message to Parents
Brain
growth is stimulated by use of children between the ages
of two and six, with completion of development by the age
of seven. A program consisting of fun and exciting physical
activity into a child’s life can strongly influence
the process of brain growth and neurological organization.
The following classes offered are specifically designed to
stimulate intellectual growth as well as fun physical development.
Our program ensures that each child gets the opportunity
to achieve his or her potential.

Philosophy
Gymnastics
is progressive by nature. Classes build on top of one another.
It is very important to understand that it takes time to develop
strength, flexibility, and coordination to achieve the skills necessary
to advance to the next level. Gymnastics takes time, patience,
repetition, and love for the sport in order to excel. Success in
gymnastics is measured in small steps. Each child will experience
a fun and exciting program to stimulate the desire to continue.
