Youth Strength Training & Conditioning Tri-fold
• For boys and girls ages 10-15 who have
successfully completed YST&C I.
• Classes meet Monday and Wednesday at 4:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-8:00 pm
For the youth that are now familiar with the Wellness Center equipment, we will advance them on to a more intense circuit training workout. The class will be a very structured weight training and cardiovascular circuit class led by an instructor. Your child will stay very active for the entire 45 minutes! Boys and girls ages 10 to 15 are eligible to register for this class as long as they have successfully completed YST & C I and are ready to increase the intensity level and focus on their individual goals. A fun class that will encourage a healthy lifestyle. Youth may repeat YST&C II at any time and as many times as they wish until they reach age 16.
• Maximum enrollment is 10 participants per class.
• YMCA members register two weeks prior to the start of
