• A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 13 in the pool area at all times.

• Members and guests must be 16 years of age to enter the hot tub, steam room or sauna. The recommended time in these areas is 10 minutes max.

• A shower must be taken before entering the pool.

• Food or drinks are not allowed in the inside pool area with the exception of water bottles. Food only allowed in grassy area of the outdoor pool.

• Running or horse playing is not allowed in the pool area. Profanity and foul language will not be tolerated.

• Diving is not allowed in any of the pools with the exception of swim meets or swim team practices.

• Hanging or playing on the lane ropes, ladders, stair rails, or diving blocks is not allowed.

• If a class is in session the pool being used is not open for recreational swimming. Lap swimming is allowed in the lap lanes.

• Appropriate swim attire must be worn in the pools, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. No cut-offs or street clothes.

• Infants and children not potty trained MUST wear swim diapers or rubber pants when in the pool.

• Our staff must approve all floatation devices. No large rafts, inner tubes, or other floats allowed.

• Hair must be pulled back into a ponytail or swim cap if it is shoulder length or longer.

• The pool lift must be operated by a staff member and must not be played on
