During Business Hours Rentals
During business hour rentals is a great way for us to accommodate
you as we perform our regular daily duties. We like these the
most because, like you, the staff at the YMCA enjoy time with
friends and family. You can schedule during the week but Saturday & Sunday
are great for parties. Rentals include one hour in the Conference
Room and approximately one hour in another part of the YMCA
facility.
Prices begin at $95.00 for members and $190.00 for program participants
After Hours Rentals
After the Olive Branch Family YMCA closes we open the doors again
just for you. Time is needed to plan these events as adequate
staff must be secured to ensure a wonderful occasion. We offer
three swimming pools, full size gymnasium, youth activity center
w/rock climbing wall, and locker room/shower facilities. This
rental is available on Friday evenings after 9:00 pm, Saturday
evenings after 6:00 pm, and Sunday evenings after 5:00 pm.
Prices begin at $190.00 for members and 380.00 for program participants
There are two opportunities for you to
participate at the Olive Branch Family YMCA when it comes to
facility rentals.
1. The First opportunity involves the rental of
the Conference Room. You may choose to bring food, cake &/or
ice cream. OBFYMCA staff will set up the room for you and take
care of the clean-up after your event. Yes, you may decorate
but we ask that you take down anything you wish to save and decorate
no earlier than thirty minutes prior to your scheduled rental.
The Conference Room is rented on an hourly basis with choice
of using one of our Swimming Pools or Youth Activity Center.
2. The second Facility Rental includes other areas of the YMCA
excluding the Conference Room. We aim to customize our services
to meet
your needs we would like to discuss those options with you. |
