Private Yoga Sessions
Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range are the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.
Attentively guided by verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands-on direction, you will explore yoga in a way that is practical and beneficial. True strength, endurance, and range of motion are developed incrementally and gradually, not by force. Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being — physical, psychological, and spiritual. Rediscover and enjoy your natural strength, suppleness, vigor, and health through yoga developed specifically for you.

Our personal trainers are
here to serve you and help you reach your fitness goals. Everyone
has a need
and it is our purpose and goal to make sure that your fitness needs
are met with the highest of professionalism and instruction. You
can feel confident and safe working with our personal trainers.
This confidence comes from their knowledge, experience, and because
they stand by the same morals and principles as the YMCA. Our fitness
staff and personal trainers will do everything possible to accommodate
each of our members needs in the fitness area of your life. Our
personal trainers are certified so that you get what you pay for
and also get the most for your money. We strive for excellence
in all areas of fitness so that you can achieve your goals in a
reasonable time. We understand that everyone is not at the same
fitness level, so we accommodate you at your level of fitness.
Whether you are an avid fitness person or beginning for the first
time, we can ensure that you are being trained in a safe environment
and at a comfortable pace until you are ready to proceed to the
next level of fitness without injury. We care how you feel, let
us help you feel better and get the energy you need to get through
the day.
We can assist you in single sessions for those who are self motivated
and just need to get started, or multiple sessions for those who
need a little more motivation and coaching. We want to be effective
